Camarthenshire Floating Support

Who do we support?

Any person aged 16 years and older who need support to overcome issues affecting their ability to live independently in their own home in north and west Carmarthenshire. Also we help clients who are are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

What is the purpose of this service?

To provide clients with 121 support and link in with other agencies. The aim of our support is to help clients overcome barriers and get the help they need to live indepdenantly and sustain their home.

  • Support networks/relationships
  • Physical and mental health issues
  • Substance misuse/alcohol difficulties

  • Befriending 

How would people access this service?

Referrals can be made via another support agency, or as a self-referral via telephone or email.
