We support over 1000 individuals each year to help prevent homelessness, provide housing and create opportunities.
We want to make sure that the people we support in South Wales, who would otherwise have nothing on Christmas Day, have a treat to open and to let them know they’re in the thoughts of others during the festive season.
Many people will struggle to even have food, warm clothes and somewhere to sleep this winter, so the campaign is a great way to show someone from the homeless community that they’re not alone.

Rydyn ni eisiau gwneud yn siŵr bod y bobl rydyn ni’n eu cefnogi yn Ne Cymru, na fyddai ganddyn nhw ddim byd ar Ddydd Nadolig fel arall, yn cael trît i’w agor a cael gwybod eu bod nhw ym meddyliau eraill yn ystod yr ŵyl.
Bydd llawer o bobl yn ei chael hi’n anodd hyd yn oed i gael bwyd, dillad cynnes neu rhywle i gysgu’r gaeaf hwn, felly mae’r ymgyrch yn ffordd wych o ddangos i rywun o’r gymuned ddigartref nad ydyn nhw ar eu pen eu hunain.
