The role of Finance Manager is vital in ensuring that the finance function is fit-for-purpose and in supporting the organisation to continue to grow and thrive. The role is varied and interesting and as a key member of a small but growing finance team, contributes significantly to the outputs of the department. The successful candidate will work directly with the Charity’s Finance Director and Executive Leadership Team, assisting in the development and growth of the organisation at a strategic level.
The Finance Manager will develop financial systems, perform key modelling, processing, analysis and reporting tasks and be involved in both the internal and external audit process. The post holder will also be responsible for identifying and leading on driving opportunities for continuous improvement within the department. The successful candidate will be a CCAB qualified accountant.
