Amanda Parry is an accomplished HR leader and MCIPD-qualified professional, bringing a wealth of experience from senior leadership roles in the global corporate sector to her position as Executive Director - People and Communications.

Amanda leads both the People and Communications areas of the charity, combining her strategic HR expertise with a passion for community engagement. She is deeply committed to building inclusive, values-led cultures where individuals can thrive—whether they are members of staff or part of the wider community the organisation supports.

Since joining the charity, Amanda has driven forward initiatives that champion employee development, well-being, and engagement, and helped establish a portfolio of community-based projects designed to strengthen connections, reduce isolation, and create opportunities for people to live more independent and fulfilling lives which she continues to support through her role in the charity's communications.

Driven, empathetic, and solutions-focused, Amanda is passionate about fostering strong relationships and meaningful change. Outside of work, she channels her energy and determination into competing in triathlons, embodying the resilience and dedication she brings to all areas of her life and leadership.
