Reporting to the Operations Director, the role of Operations Manager is to oversee a group of projects across multiple sites. Responsibilities will include managing a team of 10-15 frontline staff, coordinating workstreams, getting results, delivering contracts, overseeing premises, monitoring compliance and data reporting systems.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate core management competencies gained from working in private, commercial, public or third sector organisations. Understanding legislation relating to employment, health and safety, and GDPR. It is essential to have a genuine interest and passion for the work Goleudy does, our approaches, and putting our clients first. You will be supported to immerse yourself in all aspects of our work to enable you to attain a good knowledge of client support, our approaches, housing management, regulatory and legislative frameworks.
