Pembrokeshire Floating Support
Who do we support?
Anyone aged 16+ who is at medium or high-risk of re-offending and is homeless or at risk of homelessness in Pembrokeshire.
What is the purpose of this service?
To provide floating support for medium or high risk/risk of re-offending clients in order to reduce the risk of homelessness, maintain tenancies and promote independence.
What support does this service provide?
We work with with Pembrokeshire County Council, Probation Service, Integrated Offender Management and all 3rd sector agencies to support clients with any needs working towards independence.
We provide ongoing support from friendly professional staff with the client’s wellbeing and future goals in mind.
