At Goleudy we aim to provide a great service to our clients every day, connecting people, homes & opportunities. Our Paxton Street project provides emergency accommodation and rapid rehousing support to clients who are homeless and need help finding a home.
The role of Rapid Rehousing Manager is to lead a team of support workers in providing the best possible opportunities for our clients. You will interact with clients and ensure they receive a warm welcome; engaging with them to find out how we can ensure their experience is a great one. As well as having a background or interest in supporting others, you will need to demonstrate excellent organisation and planning skills.
If you join us from outside the sector, you will be supported to immerse yourself in all technical aspects of our work to enable you to attain a good knowledge of client support, housing management, regulatory frameworks and legislation.
