Executive Director (People and Communities)

Amanda Parry is an accomplished HR leader and MCIPD-qualified professional, bringing a wealth of experience from senior leadership roles in the global corporate sector to her position as Director of People and Communities.

Amanda leads both the People and Communities areas of the charity, combining her strategic HR expertise with a passion for community engagement. She is deeply committed to building inclusive, values-led cultures where individuals can thrive—whether they are members of staff or part of the wider community the organisation supports.

Since joining the charity, Amanda has driven forward initiatives that champion employee development, well-being, and engagement, while also overseeing a growing portfolio of community-based projects designed to strengthen connections, reduce isolation, and create opportunities for people to live more independent and fulfilling lives.

Driven, empathetic, and solutions-focused, Amanda is passionate about fostering strong relationships and meaningful change. Outside of work, she channels her energy and determination into competing in triathlons, embodying the resilience and dedication she brings to all areas of her life and leadership.

Rob Jones

Head of Housing Support

Rob joined Goleudy in 2019, bringing a strong commitment to supporting individuals and communities through housing and well-being services. Since then, he has become an integral part of the organisation, contributing to the development and delivery of innovative support programs that help people overcome homelessness, sustain tenancies, and rebuild their lives with dignity.

With a background in Housing Support, Rob has consistently demonstrated a person-centred approach, working closely with service users to understand their unique needs and challenges, while incorporating solution-focused practices to empower them in achieving their goals. His ability to build trust and foster resilience has made a tangible impact on the lives of those he supports.

Rob is known among colleagues for his reliability, compassion, and problem-solving mindset. He is also committed to continuous professional development, regularly engaging in training to ensure he remains up-to-date with best practices and sector developments.
