Goleudy is a charity that prevents homelessness by providing housing, creating opportunities, and tackling poverty and social exclusion. Our job is to improve the lives of people who are threatened with, or experience homelessness, a housing crisis, or mental health (MH) issues and trauma.
We have been operating for 47 years and cover 4 local authority areas.

Growing the Charity’s reach and impact in line with strategic priorities, increasing the organisation’s geographical footprint and developing both new and existing income streams.
Building, managing and developing excellent relationships with key stakeholders.
Developing and implementing a Communications strategy for Goleudy
Effectively manage the organisation’s profile and reputation, leading on plans for the organisation to increase its influence and promote its identity, mission, and impact
Produce creative, on-brand marketing materials, social media and website content
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to engage and build strong relationships both within and outside the organisation.
Demonstrable understanding of fundraising & communications strategies
Demonstrable social media, brand, and website management skills
Hold a professional qualification, able to demonstrate competency and/or committed to developing own skills in a relevant area (such as Fundraising or Communications).
Excellent planning, prioritising, and organisational skills and able to take personal responsibility to deliver agreed outcomes
A quality-driven approach to tasks, with attention to detail/accuracy/high-performance standards
Sound leadership and management skills with the ability to influence at a senior level, gaining agreement to plans and ideas
