We provide housing support and accommodation to clients who are homelessness and transitioning towards independent living. Services include Paxton Street, Roads and Willow. Staff working at the Willow are required to be registered with Social Care Wales. These are dynamic and fast paced environments; no two days are the same.

A key role requirement is to provide high quality, flexible and holistic support that focuses on strengths and goals within a framework of active engagement, harm reduction and tenancy sustainment.
As well as having great organisation and time management skills, you will need to demonstrate an interest in housing related support and the wider social issues of homelessness. In addition, you will need to have strong ICT skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team, building strong relationships both internally and externally to create great results.
