Carmarthenshire Floating Support provides 1-2-1 support to clients needing to overcome barriers affecting their ability to live independently. Our services require candidates to have a full driving license with access to own vehicle to travel across North and West Carmarthenshire.

The Housing Support Roles available are Housing Support Worker and Housing Support Assistant, full job descriptions are available to download from our website. Both roles provide high quality, flexible support and build positive and professional relationships with all our clients. As well as having great organisation and time management skills, you will need to demonstrate an interest in housing related services and the wider social issues of homelessness. In addition, you will need to have strong ICT skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team, building strong relationships both internally and externally to create great results.
