Goleudy is a housing charity based in South Wales, we prevent homelessness, provide housing, and create opportunities. We aim to provide a great service to our clients every day, connecting people, homes & opportunities.
Paxton Street is a busy 24-hour project that provides rapid rehousing support and accommodation to 13 people at any one time. We also have an emergency bed to help prevent rough sleeping. Our aim is to support individuals to find a home that suits their needs. We provide emotional and practical support to clients who may have experienced trauma, rough-sleeping, poor mental health, substance use, offending, amongst others.
Our Housing Support Assistants and Workers provide high quality support, building positive and professional relationships with our clients. As well as having great organisation and time management skills, you will need to demonstrate an interest in housing related services and the wider social issues of homelessness. In addition, you will need to have strong ICT skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team, building strong relationships both internally and externally to create great results.
